These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Trusted Results Therapy Group ("TRTG," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in or providing your mobile phone number to our text message program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not opt in, or reply STOP to cancel at any time. These Terms apply specifically to our SMS program and are in addition to our Privacy Policy.
When you opt in to the TRTG text message program, we send recurring text messages related to your care and account with us. This is a recurring messaging program, and the number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with our practice.
You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you schedule an appointment, complete intake or consent forms, or otherwise request text communications from us. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving care from TRTG. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment schedule and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply. TRTG does not charge a fee for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates will apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

You can cancel the text message program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from the program. If you would like to rejoin, you can opt in again or reply START.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, and most other U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide only to deliver the messages described above and to support your care. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not share your mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information shared for the purpose of message delivery is shared only with the service providers that help us operate the messaging program, and only as needed to send the messages. Trusted Results Therapy Group is a healthcare provider. We keep the content of text messages brief and limited (for example, appointment dates, times, and account notices). Standard SMS text messaging is not an encrypted or fully secure channel. By opting in, you acknowledge that messages may include limited appointment and account information, and you agree to receive that information by text. Please do not send protected health information or sensitive clinical details by text; contact our office directly for those discussions.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the text message program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
