Hello! I’m Caroline Warren, a Registered Nurse and Clinical Manager here at Trusted Results Therapy Group. My journey into healthcare began over two decades ago in the OB/GYN field, where I cultivated a deep passion for patient-centered care. After 20 years in that specialty, I felt called to explore a new dimension of healing—and that path led me to the mental health field.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of North Dakota and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Horry Georgetown Technical College. These academic foundations, paired with my clinical experience, have shaped my approach to leadership and care: one rooted in safety, ethics, compassion, and advocacy.

Working in mental health has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. Each day, I am honored to walk alongside individuals on their journey toward wellness, helping to empower and support them as they navigate life’s challenges. I truly love what I do and am grateful to be part of a team that shares a deep commitment to holistic and transformative care.
