At Trusted Results Therapy Group, we believe every client deserves clarity about the cost of care. Whether you’re using insurance or paying out-of-pocket, we make our rates and billing process as transparent as possible.


We accept a range of insurance plans and offer flexible self-pay options for therapy, psychiatry, and psychological testing services. If you’re unsure about your coverage, our team can help verify your benefits before your first session.

Self-Pay Rates

Individual / Family / Couples Therapy Session 60 minutes $120 Ongoing therapy sessions focused on personal growth, relationships, family dynamics, and emotional well-being.
Psychiatric Evaluation (with Psychiatrist – MD) Varies $350 per session Comprehensive first appointment with a psychiatrist (medical doctor) to assess your mental health history, symptoms, and treatment options. This evaluation is required before beginning medication management services.
Psychiatric Evaluation (with Nurse Practitioner – NP) Varies $200 per session Initial evaluation with a psychiatric nurse practitioner to review your history, diagnosis, and treatment options. This session is typically required before starting medication management.
Medication Management (with Psychiatrist – MD) Varies (typically 15–30 minutes) $200 per session Follow-up appointments with your psychiatrist to review progress, adjust medication, and support ongoing care.
Medication Management (with Nurse Practitioner – NP) Varies (typically 15–30 minutes) $125 per session Ongoing follow-up visits with a psychiatric nurse practitioner to manage and monitor prescribed medications.
Comprehensive Psychological Testing Bundle w/ LPES Multiple Sessions $900 total Testing with a Licensed Psychoeducational Specialist (LPES) focuses on learning disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The process includes an intake, testing, scoring, feedback, and a written report to clarify learning and developmental needs. LPES assessments are ideal for school or workplace documentation and are offered at a lower cost than full-scope evaluations. Payment may be made in full or through a four-part payment plan.
Comprehensive Psychological Testing Bundle w/ LP Multiple Sessions $1550 - $2000 Testing with a Licensed Psychologist (LP) provides a comprehensive evaluation for a full range of concerns, including ASD, ADHD, learning disorders, mood, behavioral, and cognitive issues. The process includes intake, testing, interpretation, feedback, and a detailed written report. LP evaluations offer the highest level of diagnostic clarity and are priced at a higher rate due to the broader clinical scope. Payment may be made in full or through a four-part payment plan.

How Billing Works & Payment Process

At Trusted Results Therapy Group, we want every client to feel confident and informed about their financial responsibility for care.


  • Self-Pay Clients: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major debit & credit cards.
  • Insurance Clients: If you’re using insurance, we will file claims directly with your provider whenever possible.
  • Estimated Copays & Coinsurance: Your copay or coinsurance amount is an estimate only. Actual costs are determined by your insurance company after your claim is processed. Any remaining balance or credit will be reconciled once payment is received from your insurer.
  • Out-of-Network or Non-Covered Services: We can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
  • Cancellations or No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
