At Trusted Results Therapy Group, we believe every client deserves clarity about the cost of care. Whether you’re using insurance or paying out-of-pocket, we make our rates and billing process as transparent as possible.


We accept a range of insurance plans and offer flexible self-pay options for therapy, psychiatry, and psychological testing services. If you’re unsure about your coverage, our team can help verify your benefits before your first session.

How Billing Works & Payment Process

At Trusted Results Therapy Group, we want every client to feel confident and informed about their financial responsibility for care.


  • Self-Pay Clients: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major debit & credit cards.
  • Insurance Clients: If you’re using insurance, we will file claims directly with your provider whenever possible.
  • Estimated Copays & Coinsurance: Your copay or coinsurance amount is an estimate only. Actual costs are determined by your insurance company after your claim is processed. Any remaining balance or credit will be reconciled once payment is received from your insurer.
  • Out-of-Network or Non-Covered Services: We can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
  • Cancellations or No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
